Hi I finaly discovered how to get this exseential informations,
So now you havent to use custom config files when you are writing PSI
extensions ( )
And isn't nessesary store URL of SSP in custom config file for your
Project Server Event handler.

PS note for Chroistophe Flessinger, I hope that your MS Project
presentations on TechEd 2008 will be using my class
Now isn't nessesary use custom config files.
Remaining setting can be stored in Custom list(hidden... ) which will
be stored on PWA site.
Sample applications which not using custom config files can be
distributed as sollution.
