How to get "Edit in Frontpage" live in Internet Explorer?

There is no icon in Internet Explorer for Editing a website live. Does
anyone know how to get that? It is not one of my toolbar options. I have XP
on a 6 month old HP. Thank you

In IE, File / Edit with FrontPage
In IE, right-click the toolbar / customize / add the edit icon
