How to get missing month in crosstab?

Hi

I have a cross tab , with the months as headings..and count of rows
per month.

However i have no july data. How do I get (garentee ) that i will have all
months.

In my report i want to display all months across the top. A missing month
will cause a problem in my report , as bound text fields will not have a
column , if the data is not there 4 that month..

Sorry ..not sure what you mean.. it says that you can only have 1 column
heading property in a cross tab query!..when you say

"> Enter all the months in your Column Headings property of your crosstab
query.

do you mean have all the columns in the data? but that s my problem i don't
have july??

Find the properties box for your crosstab query. You should see the Column
Headings property.
