How to get my "options" tool back

need help

I have somehow managed to erase my "options" tool under the "Tools" tab in
Outlook by dragging it out. I now can no longer find it or get it back and
it is imperative that I do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, one more try. :)

Tools, Customize, Commands, Scroll to Tools(select it), scroll in right
pane to "Options", left-drag to Menu bar on top of "tools", pause a
moment, when Dropdown opens release the button at the bottom of the menu.
