How to get rid of a message box that keeps popping up

How do I get rid of the message box that states '
unrecognized database format ' C:\Program
Files\Encompass\billing.mdb'? Can you email me the
directions?

Hi,
Usually that will occur if you're using Access 97 to open an Access
2000 database. The only solution is to open the 2000 database using
Access 2000 and convert it to 97 format.
The conversion tool is under the Tools menu.
