How to get rid of ms outlook 2003 system tray icon

Hi there!
I'd like to get rid of ms outlook 2003 system tray icon. Anybody knows how
to do that? I've been searching the Internet but still no luck.
To prevent extra answers...I don't want to hide it. Just want it to be gone
from the systray.
