How to get rid of the space between pages in Print Layout?

Hello, please help!

On Word for PC, you are able to get rid of the space between pages
like simply double clicking in the space between each page, and then
the pages combine and the space that usually separates pages is
combined just like in Draft View. I don't like using draft view
because all the test is pushed to the left side and I prefer to type
in print view with the text centered and a blue background. Can anyone
tell me how to do this on Word for Mac? It works for PC, but I can't
figure it out for the life of me.

Thank you so much for any help!

Hide White Space is not an option in Mac Word. It's fine that you like it,
but it has caused no end of confusion & bewilderment on the PC side :)

This is a shame, especially if you got hooked on writing on a blue background in old versions of word. I find that much easier on my eyes, and the words seem more salient. Personal preference i guess. I also find removing thewhite space in between pages helps with the flow, especially when editing/reading what you've just written.

Print Layout will allow you to change the color of the background/text in order to approximate the same effect, but Draft is strictly white backgroundblack text. Luckily, Web Layout gets you the best of both worlds, though.
