specific folder outlook mixes the account and folders up and the emails goes

I can run two rule for 2 accounts but when I try to create a third the rule
changes the account back to one of the two that works

So... you have three email accounts and when you create two rules to apply
to two accounts, it works, but the third account doesn't and the rule
changes to use one of the other accounts?

What type of accounts are they? POP3, IMAP, HTTP etc.
