How to get the "digitally sign" and "Encrypt message" buttons.

Hi,
How do i get the "digitally sign" and "Encrypt message" buttons to appear on the toolbar when i'm using word with outlook?
I know how to get the buttons in outlook but i'm now using Word to compose email. So how do I get the buttons?
