How to get updates/patches for RUNTIME?

My Access (OfficeXP) is current with all patches. Does that mean that any
application I put out with the Access Run time for those without Access will
also be current with patches? If not how do I get that updated?

No, you must update the Runtime after you install it on the PC... do it the
same way you do the normal Office updates/patches now... but it must be done
for each runtime installation on each PC.
