how to get web site to load correctly on other computers/programs

Hi,
My web site loads incorrectly on some computers, pictures out of place, etc.
even on new computers.
I have set it up to work on various options offered in the frontpage program
but this does not seem to be good enough.
Can anyone tell me why.

Because there's something wrong with the way it's coded. To say what is
wrong, we'd have to see the page.
