How to grant permissions

I have access 2003 data base on a Win 2003 server, I open database and I get a message saying I cannot open forms, I need to grant permission
I have checked help and looked at the security options and I cannot find a way for it to let me open forms, I slect admin in Access database and then check open form and reports and Access tells me off
I have full admin rights on server

Anyway suggestions most welcome

Answer my own questio
I had to change the owner of the database to admin, not m
And now I can open it on server,
But if anyone can suggest the best way a database mutli replationship type should be ran on a server or give me some web sites to read up on it, I would be most gratefu
