How to grey out the Edit with browser button in a frontpage web?

I would like to protect our frontpage web to a greeater degree by knowing the
comand to grey out the edit with feature in browsers. We use FrontPage 2003.

It is not a FP 2003 client software setting
- but depending on your host OS an IIS setting
