How to have a formula insert a carriage return as part of a text string

Okay, I understand the problem now. I'm doing it right
(confirmed by one person that emailed me), but Excel just
wasn't refreshing the information correctly.

One of those "hit F2, hit Enter" things to get Excel to
display the info correctly. Gawsh, I hate that.
