How to have adresses automatically complete in the address bar

Can someone tell me how to make the email addresses automaticaly complete
when I enter the first letter of a contact name in the address bar.

Install Outlook 2003 and send mail with a lot of addresses. The ones you
send to will be added to the autocomplete list.
