How to have it use my Outlook Contacts

I've just installed Business Contact Manager and want to have it just use my
existing Contacts, as it's database.

How do I have it default to my contacts as the database its using?

Said another way, how can I move some/all of my existing Contacts in Outlook
into my Business Contact manager database?

You can drag and move your Outlook Contacts to the Business Contacts
folder.
