How to have uniform speed for Motion Path

In Motion path, the speed of the object in motion is slow at the starting and
at the end. Whereas it gets speedier in the middle.
How do we have the same speed

Double click the entry in custom animation pane and then in "Effect" tab
UNTICK smooth start and end

That should do it.

Click on the down arrow next to the motion path in the animation taskpane ->
effect options -> untivk smooth start and smooth end.
