how to hide assignments form other projects in resource usage view

Hi,

We are using MS Project server 2003, and the resources pool.

In MS Project, when I want to see the workload for the resources I use the
"Resources usage" view. This is fine to see the general workload of each
resource because it includes the assignments for all other projects the
ressources are assigned to. But I would like to see the resources workload
for the current projet. I haven't find the way to display the assignement
for the current project only. I could use a filter, but the rollup total for
the resource remains the same.

Is there a way to display the assignments for the current project only (I
don't want to use the portfolio, it must be in MS Project).

Thanks

Hi Dale,

Many thanks.... That was exactly what I was looking for. It's a very wise
trick.

Hi Gary,

Everything goes very well. I know it's not the place to talk about it, but
since december 13, I'm the new father of a wonderful little girl. Also, the
reason why I don't come here too often now it's because I've changed job and
I'm often at customers site. But I'm learning a lot about Project Server
2003 and I'm preparing some technical stuff to be published to help people
customize there environment. I'll keep you informed.

I hope you doing good as well

Hugues
