how to Hide or remove Recipients in message headers

I am looking for a way to hide the Recipients email address of the header
when sending a mass email out. I don't want the Recipients of the email to
have to scroll throught a mass number of email address before getting to the
message. I know how to do it in version 2003 but in 2007 when i right click
on the message it doesn't show anything for advanced options.

Err the addresses aren't in the body of the email anyway.
I think you need to give some more details on what exactly is happening.
