how to highlight entire row when cursor pointing?

example i got 3 options
1. abcdef
2. ghijkl
3. mnopq

when my cursor go to 1. abcdef the whole row is highlighting/ selecting with
a marqueue or different color... did ms power point 2003 able to do it?

You can have the 3 options linked to different slides when mouse over
(through action settings).
