K Kevin B Jul 23, 2008 #2 If the data already exists click DATA on the menu and select TEXT TO COLUMNS. If it doesn't exist, just type it into 4 columns, but preformat the zip code column as text so you don't lose any leading zeroes should you have zips in CT or PA.
