How to I change the auto response format ?

I have designed and published a website which contains a form that allows the
user of the site to request further information. The form and web is
designed in publisher. The auto response page is not one that I have
designed and I can't find a way of changing it or reformating - does anyone
know?

Form properties

Hidden Type
redirect www.mydomain.com/thankyou.htm or what ever your page
is named and located
