how to I change the default in Outlook 2003 to "Unwrap text"

How do I change the default in Outlook 2003 to "Unwrap text"? Most of my
messages in one particular account are unreadable without this, and I don't
want to click on this every time.

There is no check box on that page that has anything to do with wrapping
inbound text.
