Well, not in Microsoft Access, for sure.

Purchase one of the good income tax preparation programs on the market. They
have many years of development effort and are designed to keep up with the
everchanging IRS requirements and laws. Doing so in Access yourself would be a
full time job.

I think you may have mistaken the purpose of this discussion group. It
focuses on the forms -- user-interface objects -- used by the Microsoft
Access database program, not on forms in general.
