How to I enable Activex controls in order to see pics in Outlook

I have installed (and again uninstalled) Incredimail for Outlook add on.

Now some of my IE security settings have changed and I can no longer see the
picture attached toi my Outlook signature, I get an error message that reads:
Activex controls settings wont allow

How to do fix this? It was working perfectly before!
