How to I get the page # to print?

Only the field code previews and prints, but the not the page numbers. We've
tried the ALT+F9 and it reverts back on forth as it should, but still when
you print or preview it only shows the field code. What else could be wrong?

On the *Print* tab of Tools | Options, clear the check box for "Field
codes."
