How to I optimize my e-mail size

Hi,

I am always semding out newsletter with nice picture
attachement, however this is also causing my large e-mail
size. Is there any better way to reduce optimise the size
of my e-mail?

Reduce the size of the image(s). If the images are designed for on-screen
viewing, then chances are that anything over about 80k is unnecessarily
large.
