how to I put a quicktime object into a Publisher e-mail

how to I put a quicktime object into a Publisher e-mail. I make up 360 images
and would like one to appear in a window on a e-mail.

I don't know if you can - and I wouldn't recommend it anyway. That email
would be huge and I sure wouldn't want it taking up space in my mailbox.
