how to identify the item selected in a list box - need VBA syntax

[Listbox use in Excel]

Had succes swith a COmbo box with 1 item selected. Now I need to get the
list of items selected in a listbox. What is VBA (in Excel Micro) synatx to
do this

Where is the Listbox? On a UserForm or did you insert it using the
Forms toolbar on the worksheet?
