How to implement file browser window in MS Access form?

I want to implemement file browser on MS Access Form in order to select files
saved on my computer for opening. Can anybody help me?

However, I'm unaware of that allowing you to select files and return their
names to the program, which is what Mikhail appears to be looking for.

I was not interpreting what he said that way. That is the difficulty
when one is not really face to face.
