How to import address book from personal emails ?

I am trying to import my address books from personal accounts such as my
company email account and my personal email account thats with Bellsouth.net.
Can someone give me some help? Thanks

Investigate the file types that those sources can export and find one that
matches what Outlook can import.

How do I go about doing that? I am not very smart when it gets very
technical with the internet. Thanks for your help.

Start by asking your company's IT personnel and Bellsouth's support staff.
