How to import external file into folder by vba?

hi,

How to import file into outlook 2000 with VBA?

I have to deal mass undelivered return mail.
I find that almost every returned mail has an
attachment of the original mail, and the format
of the attachment is .MSG.

My plan is to parse the failed mail "To" address
for an automation processing. I use VBA save
each attachment in a external Folder on the
file system. But i donot know how to import them
into MailFolder (then i will parse the mail address).

Any one can help me?
