How to import headlines news to my site?

Hello everyone!
I would like to import various news headlines from various sites, and make
these headlins as links to respective sites.
I hope that you understand what I mean.
Anyone knows how to do it?

Hi Marwan,

You'll need to tear the page from the Internet using scripting code or the source site will have to provide some interface to
display the Headlines.
