How to import messages from windows mail to Outlook ?

I am using windows mail and want to import all messages from windows mail
(From my new computer / Vista Home premium 32 bit) to OUTLOOK EXPRESS (to my
old computer running with Windows XP Professional SP2). Kindly advise !

For that you would need to post to a Windows Mail or OE group, niether apps
are connected with Outlook
