how to import multiple fields into 'catagoies' for Business Contac

Have client list with a few 'custom' fields that correspond to 'catagories'
entries that exist or that I have added to the master list. Am trying to
import the client list using the mapping feature but have serveral fields on
the xls source that are in fact destined for the 'catagories' destination but
it will only allow one import field per 'destination' mapping item shown.

Is there a way around this?
