hOW TO INCLUDE SERIAL NUMBERS

HI,

I NEED HELP FROM U. IN MY DATABASE ONE FIELD CALLED SECTION.
THERE ARE FOUR SECTIONS IN THE DATABASE. IN ALL THE SECTIONS THERE ARE
DIFFERENT VENDORS ALSO. SUPPOSE IN SECTION '194C' THERE ARE 50 VENDERS IN
EACH VENDERS CERTIFICATE I NEED THE SERIAL NUMBER. AFTER THE SECTION 194C,
THIS SERIAL NUMBERS TO BE RESTARTED FROM 1.

ALSO I WANT THE AMOUNT PRINTING IN LETTERS. IE TAX AMOUNT RS.100 ALSO TO BE
PRINTED AS RUPEES ONE HUNDRED ONLY.

KINDLY HELP.

First off... typing in all caps is hard to read and considered impolite. It
looks like you're SHOUTING AT US. Please use all lower case if you're
uncomfortable with the shift key.

Secondly, you'll need to describe your table structure. We have no way of
knowing what the relationship between a "section" and a "vendor" (vender?) or
a "serial number" might be or how they are related.

For printing numbers as words you'll need some VBA code. See
http://www.mvps.org/access/modules/mdl0001.htm and adapt to your situation.
