how to include text from several files in an email

How do I include the text from several files in the body of an email without
having to open each file, select the text, paste it in the email, go to the
next file and repeat the process, etc?

Thank you for any help that you can provide.

Depending on your Outlook version and message format. you may be able to use
the Insert | File command and choose the Insert as Text option in the
lower-right corner of the Insert File dialog.
