How to increase days of contact reminders for Outlook 2007?

I'm trying to increase the number of days I'm notified for Contacts birthdays
and anniverseries. I have Outlook 2007 and I'm running XP. I'm also syncing
with a Dell Axim running Windows Mobile 6.1. I've read everything. I would
really appreciate getting a birthday off on time again. It used to give me a
choice of days? That was Outlook 2003. Thanks for any help. Tim
