How to input 'Used time' data ?

I want to input 190 hrs 23 mins, but it show 「07/01/1900 10:23:00 pmã€or
「22:23:00ã€...
Can't show「190:23:00ã€...

How can do it?

THe formula bar will always show that formatting but your cell should show
190:23:00 if you format as [h]:mm:ss
