How to insert a date via calandar

HI,
I am working on Access 2003.
On my form, I would like the user to click on a calandar
and the date to be inserted into the appropriate field, is this difficult?

But the Stephen Lebans Calandar (advance calandar) does not work. It browsed
to the blank page.
