I want use VBA to insert a ink comment
on the the tablet pc .
How can i do ?
I can not find the apis for the ink .

I don't think it's possible. You might however try asking this question in
microsoft.public.windows.tabletpc and
microsoft.public.windows.tabletpc.developer
