how to insert a quiz into a powerpoint presentation

I need to add a quiz to a training presentation in PP. I jest need 10
questions with 3 multiple choice questions each is there a standard
application I can add?

A multiple choice quiz is quite easy using action buttons and
hyperlinks. If you want the quiz to keep score, that will require VBA. I

flash based quiz (include mutiple choices quiz). And using this
'PPT2Flash tool ' (http://www.sameshow.com/powerpoint-to-flash.html), it
has an "insert quiz" option which allows you to insert the quiz you make
using QuizCreator directly into the PowerPoint with one click.
