How to insert a swish file into FP

I insert the swish file but when I preview it or view it in the browser it
doesnt work.
Any suggestions to what I am doing wrong or what I should be doing.

Just found out....FP cannot use a Swish file...have to convert it to a swf
file...shockwave flash file.
