How to insert border around text in footer dynamically in excel?

Hi,

I want to add a border around text in footer of excel after insertin
the text in footer dynamically using VBA macro. In my excel i have adde
left side footer and right side footer as images and added some text i
middle footer. I am adding this text in middle footer using VBA macr
and i need to add border around this text like the left side footer an
right side footer.

I have attached the image of the excel. Please see and give solution.

please refer the file attached. the file is untidy. i need to look u
values based on multiple conditions and insert simple calculation
within look up formula
