How to insert logo(.jpeg) inside AutoShape

How to insert logo(.jpeg) inside AutoShape oval in
spreadsheet: I have created oval use AutoShape >
BasicShapes > Oval -without resizing logo.

Some problem: how to prevent resizing logo: when I create
relatively big autoshape, my small logo resizes with
distortions, I mean make autoshape a little bigger than
logo, just to get oval borders around a logo.

Or, if i create small autoshape, my logo also resizes
accordingly. I dont want resize the logo.
