How to insert text inside, using Word Art as the top, bottom and side borders?

I have created a 4-sided border using WordArt with the top, bottom and sides
using the WordArt. It's just repeated words outlining the blank page.

Is there any way to insert text now INSIDE that 'border' ....or do I have to
print the border page first and then print the text ONTO that border page to
get the text inside the border?

Or is there some way to save this BORDER page as a Border Template perhaps,
to use as a Template and write inside the predesigned borders?

I hope this makes sense because the Help section in Word hasn't helped me
much.

Thank you in advance for ANY help here; it is most appreciated.... katy

Thanks for the idea BG but the borders would continually move. I decided to
keep the borders as one page to use to cut and paste to another doc that
contained the text. For anyone else reading this with the same question, I
had to right click the WordArt and choose 'format WordArt' and went to the
tab called Layout and chose Behind Text and Left or Right depending if left
border or right border. Lots if finnagling with the text page to Paste the
borders left and right. Top and bottom were no problem after change Page
Setup for borders.

Thanks Again BG!!!
