How to install Access 2003 runtime ?

I've just bought Access 2003. I installed it on my computer and I want to
install a runtime version to another PC - How to do it ? I do not find
anywhere in my programs "Package Wizard" ......

The runtime for Access 2003 is not included as part of Office 2003, nor part
of the Access 2003 product.

The runtime is in the Access 2003 Developer Extensions, which are part of
Visual Studio Tools for Office 2005 (or 2003)
