How to install FrontPage upgrade without installing XP service pa.

I am trying to upgrade from FrontPage 2002 to 2003 in Windows XP; however,
keep getting error message saying that XP Service Pack2 has to be installed
first. I would rather not install XP SP2 right now.

Are you certain that the message says "has to be..."? I
upgraded FP 2002 to FP 2003 before Service Pack 2. Read the
box that 03 came in and see if SP2 is a prerequisite. If it
isn't stated, call Microsoft. You have two free calls
regarding installation problems.

By-the-way, I've been involved in 20 plus installations of
SP2 (including two of mine) with no problems other than the
need for a couple of driver updates.

There is no requirement for Win XP SP2 to be installed in order to install or upgrade to FP 2003
