How to install Office 2000 on Windows 2003 TS server

I have copy Office CD to Server.
Path: E:\Apps\Office 2000\*.*

I downlord Office Resource Kit.
I Browse path and follow insturation.
"E:\Apps\Office 2000\Setup.exe",
Transforms="C:\TemSrvr.mst"

I still can not install Office!
Am I doing right?
What I should do?
Help!
