How to integrate MS Project Data with Powerpoint

Hi All,

I have a problem and really scratching my head for a few weeks now. My
Management wants to show me in Powerpoint sequential progress of construction
events by month. I have pasted a pdf plot plan in powerpoint. Now
corresponding to the Undergrounds, piling, foundation, steel, mechanical etc.
activities in the schedule, progress should be visible month by month in the
slide. Can anybody help me on this? I think the activities can also be pasted
in excel, I have no problem with that.
